I came to Blaine Kennels over 14 years ago  when my husband Greg and I had a Chesapeake Bay Retriever trained with Dale.  Dale was the only trainer we talked to that treated us with respect and took the time to explain his program.
We were so impressed with Blaine Kennels and their staff after Bailey was done being trained that when I was looking for another kind of job, I called Colleen. I couldn't take sitting at a desk all day in an office downtown. I thought this might be right up my alley and 14 years later, it's history. I acquired the love of my life "Striker", a German Shorthair Pointer from Dale and Colleen's breeding program.  He comes to work with me every day and is my demo dog for obedience classes which I teach here in the evenings.  Now I have another love of my life "Truman" a british Black Lab, yes from Blaine Kennels and he is also my demo dog, we look alike so cute.

Now after all these years I do all the dog squad training and private lessons. I am busy from the time I walk in the door.  I am so excited to get to work and train my dogs.

Hi I'm Sharie' I've been at Blaine Kennels a year now and couldn't be happier.I have been around dogs for my whole life and love working with dogs.  I came to Blaine Kennels looking for a job after a long search.  Colleen told me she'd love to have me but nothing was open yet, you never know something could open up tommorrow.Sure enough she called me a few days later, I started part time and now I'm full time.

I find it is the people you work with who love their jobs and working for Colleen and Dale that make it worth getting out of bed for. I appreciate being appreciated.
